The eight-year dance between Brandartica and Franklin Savings Bank is a masterclass in how creativity can transform a business. Challenges

FSB had to keep pace with shifting market vibes while staying true to its community bank roots. More than marketing chatter across all channels, creating conversations was key to winning people’s commitment. Let’s be honest: changing banks is an enormous hurdle most people refuse to deal with.

A great bank weaves community into every note. Digital advertising with a mix of print advertising, broadcast, and streaming OTT fed the newly designed UX, mobile-optimized WordPress website.
